Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how JetCRM collects, uses, and protects information for its aviation customer relationship management workflows. JetCRM is designed to help aviation teams manage contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, aircraft, proposals, email activity, and related business workflows.

Information We Collect

JetCRM may collect account information, profile details, organization information, customer relationship records, aircraft and opportunity details, task and workflow data, proposal information, and email activity records that users choose to create, import, connect, or manage in JetCRM.

We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, log data, security events, and usage information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve JetCRM.

How We Use Information

JetCRM uses information to provide CRM functionality, organize aviation sales and relationship workflows, support mailbox connection features, operate email-related workflows, provide support, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable obligations.

Google User Data

If a user connects a Google account or Gmail mailbox, JetCRM may request access to Google user data needed to provide mailbox identity, approved sending, email activity display, and related CRM workflow features.

Gmail access may include:

  • Email address for connected mailbox identity.
  • Gmail send permission for approved send actions initiated or authorized by the user.
  • Gmail message content, metadata, headers, labels, thread information, and related mailbox data when authorized by the user, so JetCRM can display email activity in JetCRM and associate conversations with contacts, accounts, opportunities, tasks, and related CRM workflows.

JetCRM uses Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing JetCRM features, including mailbox connection, approved sending workflows, email activity display, contact, account, and opportunity history, inbox and shared inbox workflows, CRM activity history, support, security, and user-approved intelligence features.

JetCRM does not sell Google user data. JetCRM does not use Google user data for advertising. JetCRM does not use Google user data for autonomous email sending. JetCRM does not allow humans to read Google user data except where necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or with the user's explicit permission.

JetCRM does not modify or delete Gmail messages unless a future feature explicitly requests the required permission and the user authorizes that permission.

JetCRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Microsoft User Data

If a user connects a Microsoft mailbox or account, JetCRM may request access to limited Microsoft user data needed to identify the connected mailbox and support approved email workflow features. Microsoft user data is used to provide requested JetCRM functionality, support mailbox-related operations, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable obligations.

JetCRM does not sell Microsoft user data and does not use Microsoft user data for advertising.

Data Sharing

JetCRM may share information with service providers that help operate, host, secure, monitor, or support the service. JetCRM may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Data Retention

JetCRM keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, support security and audit needs, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion or correction of certain information by contacting JetCRM.

Security

JetCRM uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can promise perfect security, and users should use strong account security practices and limit access to authorized users.

User Choices

Users may choose what information they enter into JetCRM and may disconnect mailbox connections through the applicable provider controls or JetCRM account workflows when available. Users may contact JetCRM to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

Children

JetCRM is intended for business use and is not directed to children. JetCRM does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

JetCRM may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or business operations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
